Many of the works on this website are available for sale either as originals art works or limited edition prints on paper or canvas. Enquiries can be made to find out whether or not a piece can be framed. Canvases are not usually stretched but if desired they can be purchased on a stretcher frame. If a piece is marked as unavailable for whatever reason, feel free to make inquiries as it could become available.

The artist may be open to consider offers made on artworks. If your offer is accepted you may then follow the basic payment steps as instructed in the how to buy section. Otherwise please make contact for further assistance. On any such purchase Artworks will only be dispatched after receipt of full payment. The artist reserves the right to decline any offer under the full displayed asking price.

The on line buying facility allows you to make secure payments on any number of different items. All main credit and debit card are accepted. If you wish to pay by cheque please make contact for the relevant address and payment details.

Currency: payment and exchange

The price of all art works is given in pounds sterling and payment is made in pounds sterling. If you are paying by credit card in a currency other than sterling, payment will be taken in sterling and your bank will make the conversion to your local currency on your bank account.

 

postage, returns and exchanges

Postage

All of the artworks will be packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. In most cases this will be no more than 10 days.

For normal unframed pieces all postage and packing costs are included in the price. When extra services are required such as framing or stretching canvas or in extreme circumstances e.g.: - a very large or heavy piece or deliveries outside the UK; this will incur an extra charge.

Although every attempt will be made to pack, handle and dispatched the artwork to their best ability, If an artwork arrives in an unsatisfactory state (in some rare cases some problems may occur in transit), then the client will become responsible for the costs of returning it safely and insured (in the condition it was received) to a designated address. The client’s statuary rights will not be affected by this.

Back Orders

When more than one purchase is being made, every effort is made to ship orders in one complete consignment. If an item is out of stock or a work in progress, you will be notified by email. We will ship the available goods first and ship the remaining Items as soon as they become available.

 

Returns and Refunds

 

The consumer has the right to cancel any purchase within 7 days of their contract or 7 days of receipt of the goods, (whichever is the longer). If the customer cancels their order they will have their payment returned by the most appropriate and efficient means possible. The right to cancel is balanced in the Regulations by the Consumers Responsibility to take care of the goods before and when returning them.

The return of outstanding payments will only be made on safe return of the Artwork. All works must be returned in the condition they were received.

When returning a work where possible please enclose a copy of your invoice, and state clearly your name, address and telephone number as well as your instructions. We will endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible.

Refunds are for merchandise only. Postage is non-refundable in any circumstances. Postage will be charged for orders in exchange, or any additional items.

On requesting the return of payment the customer will remain responsible for all shipping costs for the initial delivery and return of the item, as well as the insurance and packing costs in both directions. These costs will be deducted from the refund to the customer.

Free Collection

If a client wishes to view an original piece, then where possible it can be arranged for the client to visit the artist’s studio. Please make contact if it is more convenient to collect a piece to ensure its safety.

Confidentiality and Security

When signing up on this site and providing contact information the client automatically gives full consent to the use of their personal data such as email and postal address to contact them freely and when required mail relevant invitations or offers without lawful breach of Data Protection Acts 1998.

 

Clients must be over 18 years of age at the time of purchase unless full consent in writing of the parent or guardian of the client is given.

 

All provided information will be stored securely and will under no circumstances be disclosed to any third party without the full consent of the Client. Please feel free to make contact to further discuss the Clients confidentiality policy.
